Program Overview and Target Audience
The joint providership of Purdue University College of Pharmacy and Focus Medical Communications are pleased to present the ALD-ALLY (Alcohol-associated Liver Disease patients deserve ALcohol LiteracY) Conference. The initiative will bring together renowned experts to delve into the latest developments concerning ALD. The initiative’s targeted reach is healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, hepatologists, nurse practitioners, physician associates, and nurses.

Learning Objectives

The ALD-ALLY Conference will empower attendees with practical knowledge and strategies by ensuring that they can:

  • Identify and implement early diagnostic strategies for ALD using screening tools and risk stratification pathways.

  • Evaluate and apply personalized pharmacotherapies for AUD to enhance treatment adherence and optimize clinical outcomes.

  • Advocate for systemic and institutional changes that improve healthcare delivery models, reduce stigma, and integrate evidence-based practices.

  • Incorporate emerging research and therapies into their clinical practices, including insights from recent clinical trials and innovative pharmacological treatments.
